I AGREE WALKING MAKES MY MIND WANDER EVEN THOUGH I WEAR MY HEADPHONES AND LISTEN TO MUSIC I OFTEN FIND MYSELF DURING MY wALK/RUN(WELL JOG) NOT EVEN REALIZING WHAT SONG IS ON. I HOPE YOU ARE ABLE TO CONTINUE TO GET SOME TIME FOR YOU EACH DAY. OFTEN TIMES ITS GOOD TO JUST HAVE THAT MINUTE TO CLEAR YOUR HEAD AND BE BY YOURSELF.

My mind wanders when I walk as well. It is a nice break from reality. A cute puppy doesn’t hurt either. 😉

I DO FIND IT LETS MY MIND WANDER. I’ve STOPPED THINKING ABOUT WHAT I NEED TO DO WHEN I GET BACK HOME AND STARTED THINKING ABOUT THINGS I WANT TO TRY THAT ARE ENJOYABLE. WALKING HAS GIVEN ME SOME FREEDOM FROM THE DAILY CHORES OF FAMILY AND WORK. AND NOW THAT I HAVE A PUPPY I DON’T HAVE AN EXCUSE ANYMORE. AT 6:30 IN THE MORNING SHE IS READY TO GO, SO I HAVE TO GO TOO WHICH IS A GOOD THING.
