I do this also, although I realized the other night that I forgot to do it for my son’s Kindergarten teacher last year. Such a great book too!

I thought the same thing when I learned of it. I’m not sure if I will be able to stick out the work of gathering a note from every teacher, but for now it’s simple. As they leave elementary school I may change my tactic…coaches, favorite teachers, those that made an impact. 🙂
