Building with bubbles is a fun activity we like to do. We try to build castles. You will need bubbles (obviously), bubble wands (or straws), and a flat surface. We did these out by our pool…though it wasn’t very flat so our castle slid a bit.
Step by Step:
- Pour some of the bubble solution out on the pavement. You will need the area the bubbles will sit on to be wet so they don’t pop right away.
- Dip your wand/straw into the bubbles.
- Blow the bubbles slowly at the ground.
- Continue steps 2 & 3 to build your castle.
Just keep piling the bubbles up on top of each other. Connect two castles together. See how big it can get before they pop. Be careful on windy days! Your castle may not make it long.
